The apartment is well-lit, spacious, and comes with a beautiful west-facing balcony that offers lovely sunset views. The flat is semi-furnished with ample cupboard and storage space, and the kitchen is equipped with cabinets and a chimney.

Available essentials include:

* Washing machine
* Gas stove setup
* Basic kitchen essentials

Rent and maintenance: ₹9,675 per month
Advance: ₹35,000 per person
One-time setup cost: ₹7,000

Utilities including electricity, WiFi, gas, and water will be shared equally. Other common recurring expenses will also be split equally.
